This gin version of the spicy tomato cocktail is just as amazing, still sort of good for you and now with a little twist you will love. Warming, spicy and really good so get stuck in.

- Method
- ice
- squeeze of lemon juice
- pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3-6 dashes Tabasco sauce (personal taste)
- 4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- sprinkle of garam masala
- 50ml Gin
- tomato juice
- celery stick, to garnish
Method
- Place the ice into a large tumbler.
- Add the lemon juice, salt, freshly ground black pepper, Tabasco sauce, Worcestershire sauce and gin. Tweak the seasoning if needed.
- Top up with tomato juice and stir with a celery stick and sprinkle over some garam masla - serve straightaway.
