Using my Rogan Josh curry kit, you will be able to make your own traditional Kashmiri stew at home. This is a real favourite of mine, and one that is worth turning up the heat, with a few extra chillis! It is a simple dish, that you will come back to, over and over again.

Cloves
Cumin seeds
Dried Kashmiri red chillies
Garam masala
Ground fennel
Ground Ginger
