Hari says
Every Indian meal needs a fesh accompaniment to complete the it. Whether that be a delicate kachumber, a punchy onion pickle or a crunchy salad. This radish salad is just perfect with a curry or as a side to a healthy fish dish.
The radishes make it fresh and crisp and its beautiuful colours make it tasty to look at as well as adding a zing to your tastebuds. This little kick of chilli and its peppery undertones work really well with the earthy cumin seeds - this recipes works really well with a white mooli as well.

Hello Hari,
I made this last night to eat with the spicy mackerel dish. Easy to assemble and and a welcome twist on salads. I added some seedless, finely chopped cucumber. The whole dish looked colourful and tasted great.
