A very elegant way to jazz up your fizz

Add an Indian twist to your evening aperitif with some fresh mango. This is a lovely, fruity way to jazz up your glass of bubbles but do make sure you stir it through just before serving.

- Method
- 1 mango, peeled and flesh chopped
- 1 bottle of Prosecco, chilled
- 1 lime, cut into 4 wedges
Method
- Put the cut mango into a blender and puree
- Spoon one tablespoon of the mango puree into the bottom of 4 champagne flues
- Squeeze in the lime juice from one wedge into each glass
- Gently pour in the Prosecco to fill the glass
- Stir through just before serving
