A cooling melon drink made with yoghurt and a dash of sugar.

A modern day lassi drink, light cooling and delicious. Just chop a handful of melon chunks into the blender with yoghurt and sugar. Whizz up for a few seconds, pour over crushed ice and that's it!

- 4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- ½ melon, chopped
- 2 tsp sugar or to taste
- Crushed ice
Method
- Put the melon, yoghurt, sugar into a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Crush some ice and place in a tumbler.
- Pour the mixture over the ice.
Served with
Great refreshing summer drink. Serve with a slice of melon on the side.
