Mid Week Recipes
The weeknights can be the absolute worst for cooking - you know what it’s like. You’re back from work, you’re tired, and it’s all you can do to not stick a microwaveable ready meal on and try to pretend it’s healthier than it is. Don’t feel bad, we’ve all been there, but don’t give in either – delicious recipes can be yours in less than half an hour!
I’ve put together a list of midweek recipes that will save you from yourself. Make use of these and you’ll have much more interesting and tasty dinners to choose from, rather than a depressing meal wrapped in plastic or the third pizza delivery of the week.
Ease and speed are obviously very important on a weeknight, so these quick Indian recipes won’t have you slaving away late into the night. Everything here will get you in and out of the kitchen nice and quickly, with a plate of delicious food at the end of it. Exactly what you need with work the following morning.
