Child Friendly Curry
Did you know that in some parts of India it’s customary for mothers to rub chilli powder on their newborn’s lips and gums to get them accustomed to eating spicy food?
Now, I’m not saying you should try that with your little’uns! But what I’d love is for you to start introducing spicy food to your kids as early as you can. Obviously, kids have a much more sensitive palate than we do, so child friendly curry won’t include the hotter dishes. But you have to start somewhere!
Introducing your kids to different kinds of food at an early age is great for their education and for their health. Eating a varied diet is very important, especially when growing up, so it’s essential to guide your child towards an eclectic taste. What better way than a kid friendly curry?
With that in mind, I’ve got a few child friendly recipes together than I think are suitable for most children to enjoy. Give them a go and see how you get on.
