Recipes for Family and Kids
I’ll admit that curry isn’t always the best choice for a family affair. Although it is one of the UK’s favourite cuisines, some dishes can be just a little too strongly flavoured for the more sensitive among us! But you have to start somewhere...
Introducing your family to different kinds of food is great for their education as well as their health. After all, eating a varied diet is very important - especially for the kiddies - so you’re doing everyone a favour by introducing them to more varied foods.
Indian food is great for this because it has tons of ingredients you don’t usually get in western cooking that really add to a balanced and healthy diet, such as spices like turmeric and vegetables like okra.
With that in mind, I’ve got a few recipes together than I think are suitable for all the family. Give them a go and see what they think.
