Indian potato wedges that are lightly spiced and baked
Hari says
My delicious Indian chips made by very gently spicing up some potato wedges. I like mine with a light dusting of chilli but if you want them a bit more spicy the you can crank up the chilli level they are also great cooked with chilli flakes too.
I usually served them up with fish dishes, as a side whenever I have a barbecue or with some tandoori chicken. However I serve them, I do like to dunk them into some spicy tomato chutney. They cook pretty quickly and take no time at all to prepare, so it's a lovely way to jazz up your potatoes.
