A really quick and easy mint yoghurt raita which takes seconds to make. Perfect as a sauce for samosas and a relish for lamb kebabs. Just delicious!

- 100ml natural set yoghurt
- Splash of milk
- 1 tbsp mint sauce
- 1 tsp garam masala
Method
- Put the yoghurt into a bowl, add a splash of milk to create a runny consistency.
- Stir in the mint sauce.
- Stir in the garam masala.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and refrigerate until required.
